00:00 Welcome back, everyone, to the relaunch of Diary of a Dreamer. I’m your host, Tasha Eizinger. And I am thrilled to reconnect with you all. Life as we know it is an adventure. And I’ve had my fair share of adventures that have shaped who I am today. It’s been about four years since the last time I was able to record and post on this podcast. So I’m really excited to be here.

00:23 If you’re new here or you’ve been with me for a while, I’m excited to take this journey with you once again. I finally have quality internet access so I can do more interviews and record more consistently. Let me reintroduce myself. For those who might not know, I always have had a deep seated passion for teaching. I thought teaching had to be confined within the four walls of a classroom, but my life had other plans.

00:47  I began my teaching career at an inner city parochial school in Indianapolis. Those years were great in a lot of ways and challenging in others. And unfortunately, due to some of my serious health issues I had, it caused me to step away from teaching in the traditional sense. It was tough, really tough at the time actually, but I soon discovered that my love for teaching didn’t have to end, it just had to evolve. And that’s when I stumbled upon network marketing. Don’t worry, I’m not here to recruit or sell you anything.

01:19 I’m no longer building my network marketing business, although I still use my product and I absolutely love that product. I’m not out there building it like I was before. I know some people have had such a terrible experience with network marketing, but I was incredibly fortunate. I loved my experience. I was part of an incredible company, product team, and learned invaluable information about building business and doing what I do today has all pretty much stemmed from those years.

01:53 Through my company is where I found my passion for entrepreneurship and public speaking. I started teaching about the products and I was training others how to build their businesses by traveling across the country doing presentations and meetings. It was here that I ignited a new fire in my heart, finding a unique way to love and serve people through public speaking.

02:15 When my first child was born, I ventured into a new chapter, creating a children’s picture book just for her. But as I worked on it, I realized this book could touch the lies of many other children. And that spark led to the creation of the Little Shot series. So far we have five of the seven books published. The sixth one is currently being worked on and should be available in the spring of 2025.

02:39 Got a spin-off trilogy in the works, so much to come from this Little Shot star. Through these books and school presentations, I’ve been able to reconnect with kids and inspire them to live courageously. But the impact doesn’t stop with children. The principles in the books apply to adults too, many of which will be shared on this podcast. I’m passionate about planting seeds of belief and watching them grow. And I’m excited to continue this journey with you.

03:07 So as we relaunch this podcast, Diary of a Dreamer, I wanna thank you for being here. Get ready for an adventure full of inspiration, practical advice and stories that will light a fire in your own heart. Let’s dive in and discover new ways to reach our potential together.
